"Barely got a reply"
I tried contacting customer service a few times about my order, and I don’t know why, but it felt like getting a straight answer was way harder than it should’ve been. The replies I did get were slow, super short, and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I get that shops can get busy, so I wasn’t expecting instant responses or anything. But most of the time I just felt ignored, and I wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they handle messages

"Felt a little limited for custom builds"
I was hoping for more aftermarket customization options, but the selection ended up feeling limited. I also reached out to support and didn’t get much help, which made me a bit uneasy because I’m always worried about getting talked into something that isn’t actually worth it. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the best fit for a custom build.

I reached out to tech support hoping for a quick fix, but it just made things more frustrating. They didn’t seem to understand what I was asking, and then I kept getting bounced around. I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but I ended up with no real help and the same issue still sitting there

The box showed up smashed, and right away something felt off. I could hear parts rattling around inside before I even opened it, so I’m not sure it was packed or handled very well

"Not the easiest site to shop on"
I tried looking for a few parts, but the website just felt all over the place and slow. The filters didn’t narrow things down much, and on my phone the pages kept shifting around while I was trying to tap stuff. After a bit, I closed it and looked elsewhere, which probably says enough.

"Returning something shouldn’t be this hard"
I tried to return an item and what should’ve been a simple thing turned into a whole headache. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I had to keep waiting around just to get my refund. it felt like way too much effort for a basic return. Not something I’d want to deal with again.

I thought my order was going to take longer to show up, but it arrived fast. I’m not even sure if I ordered it earlier in the week or it just shipped quicker than expected, but either way, it got here sooner than I had in mind

They’ve got a solid range of parts and styles, especially if you’re into cafe racer builds. I was able to find most of what I needed without having to search forever, which was nice. Just a heads up though, a few things I wanted were out of stock, so don’t assume everything listed will be available when you need it. Overall it’s a good place to browse, but I’d double-check availability before planning your whole project around it

"Got the Wrong Parts in My Order"
I ordered a few parts, and only about half of the order was actually right. One item was completely different from what I picked, and another part was just missing altogether. Frustrating when you're trying to finish up a bike and you’re stuck waiting because of “packing mistakes.” I probably won’t order from dimecitycycles.com again unless they get that sorted out.

The parts showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The only thing was the delivery took longer than the tracking made it seem, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking it like I was waiting for concert tickets or something. Not the end of the world, and I’ve had worse shipping experiences, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

I ordered a part because the site showed it was available, but shortly after, I got an email saying it was actually on backorder. It was frustrating because I would not have placed the order if I had known it was not in stock.

"Honestly, I felt let down"
I was disappointed with my order. The ordering process felt more frustrating than it should have, and I kept wishing there were clearer updates or just a bit more reassurance that everything was actually being handled properly. Instead, things felt slow and kind of unclear, which made the whole experience stressful. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Prices felt too high for me"
I’ll be honest, I was mostly paying attention to the price, and that’s where this didn’t work for me. I found the same parts cheaper on other sites, so I just couldn’t justify buying them here

I tried installing the parts, but they just didn’t fit, didn’t fit the way they were supposed to. The fitment was off enough that I couldn’t really use them without messing around with it...

"Cheap parts that didn’t last"
This felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke way faster than it should have. Come on now, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but I did expect it to at least hold up for a bit. Not really worth the money.
